The Republic of Peru purchased a post-World War II building located on Via Fabio Filzi in Milan, in the area adjacent to the Pirelli Skyscraper, in order to make the headquarters of its consulate. In 2017, renovation work began, carried out under the supervision of B&B Progetti, which also handled the design variations that became necessary during construction.

allegato3a

The construction site has delivered to the client a modern structure, with an essential style that pays attention to functionality and pleasantness of spaces, as well as to the flexibility of the environments with a view to an adequate management of ordinary and extraordinary consular activities.

B&B Progetti played the role of high surveillance within a timetable characterized by extremely limited completion times in view of the time constraints set by the Client.

Allegato2

EFFICIENT WORKS SUPERVISION THAT ENSURED THAT THE CLIENT WAS ABLE TO MEET COMPLETION DEADLINES, SET BUDGETS, AND QUALITY STANDARDS.
