The project concerns the construction of a residential complex consisting of two separate structures, divided into 7 floors above ground for the main structure and 3 floors above ground for the secondary structure, as well as two basement floors extending over the entire area of the intervention lot.

During this experience, B&B Progetti had the opportunity to enrich its expertise in project management, honing the ability to effectively coordinate and manage each phase of the process by going on to analyze and engineer all the elements necessary for the realization of the work.

SPECIAL ATTENTION HAS BEEN PAID TO THE STUDY AND DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL DETAILS DICTATED BY THE DESIGN PARTICULARITIES AND THE URBAN CONTEXT IN WHICH THE INTERVENTION IS INSERTED
