These conditions were the input elements of the project promoted by a qualified investor. The entire design took into proper consideration the main cost center of each building: management. In order to contain operation and maintenance costs over the lifetime of the buildings constituting the sports center, the design team implemented technical solutions capable of containing costs during construction and, more importantly, during operation, as well as carefully considering suitable construction formulas to keep construction costs as low as possible. In other words: cheaper-faster-better.

The use of steel structures complemented by the dry stratified led to a turnkey construction time schedule quantified as 14 months. This would have resulted in significant savings in financial burdens if the intervention had been able to be implemented.
