A historical building from the 1970s, on the initiative of COIMA and based on the OBR Open Building Research project, is transformed into a model of #innovation and #sustainability.

B&B Progetti S.r.l., working on behalf of Sercos S.p.a. on architectural and structural construction design, takes part in this project and contributes to the realisation of an #nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building), in line with its commitment to sustainable design.
