The intervention relating to the original 1930s building, located on the Politecnico di Milano’s historic campus in Piazza Leonardo Da Vinci, involved renovation and regulatory upgrades with the aim of creating new offices and new highly specialized laboratories for students and researchers.

The project is of particular interest because, in addition to the complexity inherent in the same, the building has a constraint from the Superintendency of Architectural Heritage, which B&B Progetti had to take into account in compliance with with the authorizations granted.
