The real estate complex promoted by Borio Mangiarotti s.p.a. consists of one quality residential intervention made of 5 floors with 50 elegant residential units, carefully designed by B&B Progetti.

This project also took into great consideration the client’s requirement consisting of the need for CO2 offsetting, the process by which actions are taken to govern carbon dioxide emissions produced by construction activities.

CO2 compensation was achieved through certified carbon absorption processes ( reforestation, protection of existing forests, installation of solar or wind power systems, or improvement of energy efficiency in buildings and industries).

Allegato2

The realization of this intervention is of particular interest because it allowed B&B Progetti to implement and refine the application of BIM by integrating and sharing procedures and data.

Allegato3a

A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CONSISTING OF SEVERAL BLOCKS BETWEEN 3 AND 5 FLOORS FOR 50 APARTMENTS, WITH 3,000 SQUARE METERS USED FOR GREEN SPACES
