This project aims to improve the quality of life and resources of an urban area of Milan’s territory located in the southwest and it is part of an overall push also desired by the public administration tending to the renovation of the surrounding existing buildings, the creation of new infrastructure (San Cristoforo stop of the M4), the reduction of environmental pollution (creation of a bike path connected to the city’s system of sustainable mobility) and the enhancement of public spaces. The planned intervention involves the construction of a residential building consisting of 35 apartments.
